What is non-surgical rhinoplasty?

How does it work?

Non-surgical rhinoplasty is the injection of hyaluronic-acid based dermal filler along the midline of the nose to instantly enhance the shape of your nose.

A gel-like injectable ingredient (hyaluronic-acid based dermal filler) is inserted underneath your skin in the areas where you wish to create smoother lines or volume. Sometimes the use of botox is also indicated.

After injecting and moulding the product, the filler settles into the deeper skin layers and retains its shape. This procedure can enhance the appearance of your nose from, on average, 12-24 months, depending on your metabolism, lifestyle, skin, and desired results. Over time, the procedure requires to be repeated as the filler is naturally broken down. Often less product requires to be injected over time as repeated treatment yields the best results in cases of non-surgical rhinoplasty.

What’s the procedure like?

The procedure for liquid rhinoplasty is fairly simple, especially compared to surgical rhinoplasty.

You will have topical anaesthetic applied to your nose and the surrounding area so you won’t feel any pain.

After the anaesthetic takes effect, Areeb will inject the filler using a fine needle and/or blunt micro-cannula into the required areas of your nose. Often filler is injected into the bridge, tip and just under the nose. You might feel a slight pinching or pressure during the procedure.
